Trail to adventure conference
Hank Parker Jr. will be one of the many speakers at this awesome event.
The pastors’ and lay leaders’ conference is designed to instruct the Church in how to reach unsaved outdoorsmen where they are, so that they can find an everlasting adventure with their God and Creator.
Gerry Caillouet, Host and Producer of the Internationally syndicated Christian radio and Internet radio program, God's Great Outdoors, will be your adventure guide. He will teach from his 18 years of assorted outdoor ministry experiences, which have allowed him to take part in outdoor outreach across North America as a Christian radio program producer. So, you will not only glean from his experiences, but also from the many professional outdoorsmen that Gerry has crossed paths with through his years on the God's Great Outdoors Broadcast.
Who Should Come?
Pastors, lay leaders, camp and ministry staff, or anyone who would like to explore the numerous opportunities to touch those lives in your community who have an attraction to God’s creation and need a relationship with Jesus Christ. With 49 million people over the age of 16, recreate in the outdoors in the USA. Add those 16 and younger and that is more than half the nation’s population! Plus 93% of the time, if you can get the Father/Husband to come to Christ, the family follows.

Fathers To Future Men was formed in 2007 when Ken Beck the owner of Black Widow Bows
turned over to God’s Great Outdoors Board of Directors, the operation and ownership of a
foundation which was established as a result of their family’s 1979 loss. The Scott Beck Memorial
Fund was created in memory of Ken’s son who was killed at the age of sixteen as a result of a
dune buggy accident. Fathers To Future Men was established because of GGO’s Board of
Directors personal relationship with a boy who’s dad had started beating up on the youngster both
physically and emotionally, telling his son, “I never want to see you again!” This pheasant hunt is
a fund raiser targeted to reach other boys who are or have undergone this type of parental abuse.
Arrive Thursday evening, departure on Sunday afternoon. Fly in hunters will use Sioux Falls, SD airport and then drive through Mitchell, SD. They can stop in the city of Mitchell, SD for supper hour and then visit the Cabela’s, for supplies. Or just travel on through and dine at the Pheasant City Lodge.
