Creatures of Habit

Lamentations 3:22 "The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness".
Regardless of what I'm hunting, the very first things I try to find are the motels and the restaurants. What I mean by that is, I try to locate the bedding and feeding areas. Animals are creatures of habit, so once those areas are identified, the hunt gets more predictable and the success rate goes up.
Now, it's not as simple as motels and restaurants. There are other factors to consider, factors like water sources, topography, habitat, cover, natural funnels, and of course the wind. I know that if I gather enough information, use it correctly, and don't make too many mistakes, this could be the day those habits get him in trouble.
In a similar way, we humans are creatures of habit too. The more good habits we repeat, the better our days go and the better our life goes. However, if we develop bad habits and make wrong choices, our days will go poorly and our life might even be cut short. The good news is, God has a plan of redemption for the wrong things we do. We read in Romans 6:23, "For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord." Fortunately we have a God who loves us and wants the very best for each of us. Regardless of what we have done, He is always there and always willing to forgive.
Lamentations 3:22–23: "Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness."
The scriptures tell us that God is willing to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. He will show mercy and hold back the anger and the punishment we deserve. We cannot earn God's mercy, as it only comes because of His love and kindness. When we ask Him for forgiveness, He removes our sin and our daily fellowship and closeness with God is restored.
Psalm 103:11–12: "For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his steadfast love toward those who fear him; as far as the east is from the west, so far does he remove our transgressions from us."
